WATERBOARDING & BODY SCANNING/PAT DOWNS

So let me get this straight. I'm supposed to be convinced that the average American flier needs to have his or her body parts groped, fondled and ogled in order to have safe airline flights, but a known terrorist, an enemy combatant, cannot be waterboarded to save thousands of lives of troops and Americans both on foreign soil AND the homeland? Don't spit in my face and tell me it's raining!
